Romy is a Managing Partner at the firm since 2011. Romy pursued graduate studies in the US and holds a master degree in Law (L.L.M with distinction) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a concentration in Corporate and Finance Law from the Wharton Business School and has completed a Certificate in Negotiation from Harvard Law School. Prior to her L.L.M, she completed her Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) in Private Law at Saint Joseph University, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences.

Romy has represented local and multinational clients on a wide range of transactions in the areas of Business, Banking and Finance, Investments (Private and Public), Real Estate and Tax Law. She has regularly advised companies in various sectors mainly Banking, F.M.C.G, Tobacco, Technology, Shipping and Real estate.  

Prior to her current position, Romy worked for five years in the New York offices of Dewey & LeBoeuf and Winston & Strawn.
